I really liked the comfortable and well-decorated room, plus the comfy bed made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was super convenient, and I loved that the fast elevators allowed me to get around quickly. Breakfast was decent, though a bit minimalist, but the powerful A/C kept the room nice and cool!

My stay had its downsides. The hot water was hit or miss, leaving me with a cold shower more than I wanted. To make matters worse, the noise from the street was insane—motorcycles and cars were constant, even on the 14th floor! Plus, they didn’t clean the filthy rug under my feet or change the towels until I had to ask multiple times. Disappointing!

I recently stayed for a three-night business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I loved the powerful A/C and the smart TV, which offered plenty of entertainment options. The breakfast spread was good, and I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of my room. The fast elevators made getting around a breeze, and check-in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff willing to assist.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel had a great view of the city. I loved the spacious rooms and how nicely they were decorated. The shower was outstanding, and the hotel's proximity to the city center was very convenient. the hotel's facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff members were very unprofessional and not accommodating. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and there was noise from outside which was disturbing.

The facilities were also excellent, with a good supermarket across the street and easy access to transportation. The hotel is pretty close to the city center, which makes it convenient to explore this city by foot. the breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful.

Nothing not too like.

The view from the hotel was stunning, we could see the beautiful sunset over the city and the river. the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is also conveniently located near a good supermarket and the city center was easily accessible on foot.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Brazil. some amenities that we expected to be complimentary, like bottled water and certain room items, were not provided.

On top of that, the facilities were brand new and the rooms were tidy and clean. The comfortable bed and powerful A/C made for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was fast and most of the staff were willing to help. I also appreciated the convenience of a good supermarket just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.
